RINSED - Devlog #15 / Changelog for 0.1.6

Hello there!

This is a short devlog containing a changelog for the latest version of the game and some information about the development process along the way.

After taking some time off during the holidays, I am back at work on the game. Sadly, I am currently only able to put about 2-3 days of work a week into the game because I got a new job. Still, I have a lot of motivation and had a lot of ideas whilst taking some time off! I'm looking forward to finishing the new map and its new game systems within the next few months. Today the game was updated to Version 0.1.6 so let's see what has changed!

Changelog 0.1.6:

-Fixed water and rain audio stuttering

-Fixed Wood chopping UI bug which made gathering wood almost impossible

-Removed Christmas Stuff

-Added Ivy to ruins, buildings, and rocks

-Fixed a few minor bugs

-Changed the charge speed of the bear from 8 to 6 making it a little bit less dangerous

-Added discord link to the main menu

I hope you had enough time to find all the Christmas presents and enjoy the new update! Stay healthy and safe and as always thanks for following along this game dev journey :)

-Felix

Made new Flowerpots with different variants for further decorating cities and villages! :)

A little sneak peek on the first Island you will be able to travel to by ship! This island features lush green vegetation, lots of flowers, new wildlife, and of course rare items and a few riddles ;)

Those zip-lines were once used to transport goods from the mountains into the villages below but now they make a great (and fun) shortcut for all adventurers!

In 2019, 6 young adults disappeared in and around Blackwood County, Virginia, USA.

Now it is all up to you.

I'm more than excited to launch this games EARLY ACCESS! Its really been a passion project for me and I cant wait for your feedback! :)

Finally happy with the "indoors" part of the game! Adding a small, closed off area to the open world of the forest was challeging but worth it. Lots of enviromental story telling in this one! :)

Soon you will be a part of it.

In the depth of the mine, the rare glow-stone ore can be found! It is used all around the midlands to power lanterns and is a great, safe, alternative to candles!

Painted some new headers for our crafting system! Survival, Cooking, Crafting... Can you guess what image is for what category? :D

Released a very little very unfinished something!

Medieval times with zombies was always a thing I dreamed off so I messed around with the idea a bit in the past few weeks. This is by no means a finished game! But if you have fun with it: Go ahead!

As the glow stone cave was flooded and then isolated from the outside world for a few hundred years, it developed its own unique and oddly strange flora and fauna!
