I fixed some bugs.

• Super Sanic can no longer be selected for players who have just joined a server with him banned.

• Hopefully fixed some players being able to race way before others. This one is hard to test so no guarantees.

• The countdown timer for races now subtracts the time taken for the packet that starts the race to arrive.

• Added 3 new songs to make up for all the new bugs this patch will most likely introduce.

EDIT: Seems like this time I actually managed to fix the bug I was aiming at: Races now start almost 100% reliably. I managed to create a few new bugs as predicted - these won’t be fixed any time soon unfortunately, I’d much rather get some progress done on the big patch.
