I fixed some bugs.
Super Sanic can no longer be selected for players who have just joined a server with him banned.
Hopefully fixed some players being able to race way before others. This one is hard to test so no guarantees.
The countdown timer for races now subtracts the time taken for the packet that starts the race to arrive.
Added 3 new songs to make up for all the new bugs this patch will most likely introduce.

EDIT: Seems like this time I actually managed to fix the bug I was aiming at: Races now start almost 100% reliably. I managed to create a few new bugs as predicted - these won’t be fixed any time soon unfortunately, I’d much rather get some progress done on the big patch. Thank you to everyone who helped bugtest today!
