Game
Run N' Gun

Screenshot Saturday!! I'm very happy with how this game is coming along, especially considering I only started about a week and a half ago. Read the article for all the changes that happened since the last post I made about this game.

These changes probably only apply to endless mode for now, I haven't started working on the campaign yet.

-Map tiles are now mostly seamless, meaning the map blends together with itself in order to not break immersion.

This was a bit hard to achieve due to scratch's limited camera movement and graphical capabilities, so unfortunately if you look closely enough it's still visible. I might try to fix this at some point, but I want to work on the actual gameplay rather than visuals for the time being.

-Basic enemy with basic AI. They get faster the farther you get in endless mode

Pretty proud of the animation, not gonna change much there probably, although I might make the hitboxes so your feet need to be in the same place to register the hit.

-Bullets can now be shot. They aren't very visible and are just placeholders at the moment, but at least they (sorta) work.

-Obviously since there are enemies now there's a health bar, although there isn't a game over screen yet. But the health bar IS fully functioning.

That covers all the changes (I think.) If you're interested in the progress of my game a follow would be appreciated. Let me know what you'd like to see implemented.

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.
