FAQ:
What is SOMNIPHOBIA or known as CODE: PLANDY?
SOMNIPHOBIA is an official rebrand of CODENAME, known as "CODE: PLANDY," that was inspired by Project Plush. This remastered and rebranded idea has been started by originally from @thebonnieman04 that he was the one who's going to work on the game, but however, due to life problems with him, it's best that the original creator comes back to coding and starts working on the development for one last time. Somniphobia's lore isn't based on the true story, but however some of the facts that you might be taught about were apart of real history and events. In the lore so far before playing the game, you may be Emma Andrew later on about what happened to the incidents around Orangebear's, including your brother but we might be learning through what happened in the beginning since 1987 first in the story.
What's the story is about?
It's around 2000s. Emma Andrew was trying to find out about what happened in the incidents around Orangebear's Family Diner, including her brother, Jonathan. However, let's not confuse ourselves at first and go back to 1987, where John signed up for a job around Orangebear's to keep an eye on the place due to the missing people around the location, which are either alive or dead, but none of us can prove it yet.
What's the gameplay content so far?
For story mode, there will be three parts of the story, there will including a Classic Mode and four freeplay / minigames that one of them includes a crossover gameplay as well with ONaT: MM (Check them out now!)
What is the rating of the game?
The PEGI rating for the game possibly be around 16 - 18 years old to play. (Since it's a horror game with blood and gore artwork, not one of those 18+ games that has scenes involving fanservice and... yknow.)
What cameos and references you're going to add on into the game?
The references we're planning to add cameos and references that we're gonna add and as others not such as:
DOS:
Horror games (Including classics ones)
Adult parodies (Either videos, games and etc.)
Disturbing / (some of them half and some of them fully) controversial video games
DON'TS:
Uses any creation, screamer or game that was made by a controversial person or the person the creator doesn't allow for few reasons
Gen alpha related (Keep your Family Farm content away from the game.)
J-Pop and K-Pop musics (That's right, we're looking at you Kiwasi.)
What's the idea of adding real facts and history educational purposes?
The idea of adding real facts and history education purposes is basically spreading the word in the Extras, telling the stories of the cases and it's own conclusion after going through and adding realism into the story, yet it focuses on the fictional characters that were the main cast, not the real history people. (Adding cases like disturbing / lost media, crime cases, suicide cases, game incidents and etc.) Do not worry, we're NOT going to add any cases that straight up too far (such as school or terrorism shootings, cases involves racism, homophobia, animal abuses and of course, Cheese Pizza.) and all real people isn't all about dead people, we're also adding people that were popular / celebrity figures that were still living or pass away (in a normal death instead of tragic death) such as Vince Desi, Johnny Knoxville, Gary Coleman and etc.
"Since you're adding history educational purposes or real facts, is it okay to make the game associated with the TCC and MMLL communit- - 🤓"
No. Never. Fuck off.
Is there going to be voice acting and more auditions coming up whenever you need a role?
So far, yes, if you want to help us to get this biggest project I'm working on complete and support the development team, you can do so but there's some rules before joining and after.
Is it going to have original music into the game?
Yes, we do, in fact, we're also looking composers who can really make good bangers as well.
Also fun fact, we do in fact trolled MMLL community after Naxinet got doxxed and swatted to celebrate by changing the contexts and songs better, even Luma comes in just straight up DMCA threaten us over a troll. What's our status with the trolling with MMLL? Well, we're not doing that troll no more since the excitement of Naxinet that got karma is calm down now. Still, we're still keeping the way it is anyways.
Is there a Custom Night, if so, how many challenges and skins?
Yes, there will be Custom Night, better known as in the new name, "Run The Gauntlet." There will be about 80 challenges (I think) in Run The Gauntlet, the challenges will be more tricky and more challenging that the challenge will not show you which one is activated and you have to figure it out your own, the only one that will be only the same is "The Gauntlet" which is basically "X" mode, some of the "X" modes will hard as hell to deal with, even one of the testers play the AIs. There will be also name references of the challenges will be horror games, screamers, websites, disturbing movies and etc. There will be 52 skins (so far) that you can unlock by any challenge by it's difficulty (Easy, Normal, Hard and Extreme) which is means that could be a possibly 50% chance that might be crossover skin in this one (We're not sure but maybe), here's the Dos and Don'ts what are we're only adding in for the skins:
DOS Examples:
Costumes
Characters comebacks
FNaF fan games / crossovers (Or whatever it is)
Fan characters or new characters
DON'TS Examples:
A game or creation that isn't made by a controversial person or someone I don't like
Movies that has legit actual death footages on it
And that's all of the questions that was already answered in the FAQ before you ask a question, ask a question here about the games with thoughts so far!
