Should I do 3D or 2D?

So some of you may know that I'm going to

Make an animated webseries I'm still planning it... but I have made some storyline and I might reveal it sometime later. I still haven't started animating yet and I'm trying to choose between Iclone 5 pro (3D) or Crazytalk animator 2 (2D) so what do you prefer 2D or 3D?
