Should i spend another hour to do the same color patterns from the ears, or should i just do a single color on it, and be done?

I also will prob try to do a tiny bit of shading on the body, too-

which lighting is better?

Wip, almost done though, just gotta do the shading and lighting on the leaves. The 2 picture is it without any shadings on the picture at all.
