Hope you’re having a great day so far! We’ve got something special in store today, as promised in the last devlog. That’s right, today you can finally experience a taste of what’s in store for you in the world of Shrouded… the Demo Version has been released now!

In this demo, you play as Carmen as you take your first steps into the abandoned Greenhaven Public Library in pursuit of knowledge for your upcoming college assignment. However, once you find your way inside, it becomes pretty clear that you are not alone. Something sinister is afoot… congealing, black ink strewn across the ancient floorboards, cryptic books conveniently hinting towards something disturbingly relevant to their surroundings… and that’s before you encounter what’s trying to kill you.

This demo version contains a portion of the game’s first chapter, with plenty of puzzles to solve, areas to explore, loot to find, and of course, lethal traps and enemies that are oh-so thirsty for your college student blood.
