I was doing a FNaFB FNaP fangame for a Winter themed Game Jam starring Pichu back in December 2022 but was canned in favour of FNaNL VX Ace, because I lost a lot of interest on FNaFB and was perhaps too ambitious and wouldn't have been finished in time for the Game Jam.
The game's plot was that Pichu's shithead friends wanted to have presents for Christmas but are broke af / didn't want to pay a single cent for them (forgot which tbh lol) so they decide to send Pichu to several different locations to steal ones from other people.
You could choose in which order to tackle each of the 6 buildings you could go to except for the last one. At the start of the game however, you must go to a costume shop in a shopping mall to steal a Santa outfit for Pichu, which also serves as a tutorial.
After it's done the shopping mall serves as a hub world where you can access the different locales and buy items at a lower cost than in the buildings.
Gameplay would have been the standard FNaFB fair but with presents scattered around that serve as the primary enemies and collectables, being simple enemies encountered in the overworld instead of being random. These affect the ending of the game depending on how many you collected.
Pichu was the only playable character, with the rest of the Pokemon being just NPCs that send you to different locales vaguely related to their type or personality each.
The main objective is to get to the end of the dungeon-like buildings to battle and steal a more specific present requested by one of your friends. After getting it a timer would start and you'd have to run back to the exit before it reaches zero.
Several new areas and presents would only be accessible during the escape, plus secret shortcuts can be opened before the escape to reward those for exploring. The cameras, which are optional in this game, give the player extra time to escape when defeated during exploration.
If the timer runs out you get caught by police and must try again and if you escape successfully you won't be able to go back to the location again.
And yes, the game was going to be a Wario-like RPG, before the final version of Pizza Tower was even out.
To be honest, of all my FNaFB fangames this by far had the most potential and was the most interesting. I would like to revive it some day perhaps, though i'd need people to help out with writing and such.
Correct me if I'm wrong, I don't play too many FNaFB fangames, but I don't think there's any other fangame like this out there.
