So I used this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y6l02DcpSR4 on how to make a platformer and when I got to the part where I needed my player's sprite to flip when they move left and I followed it correctly. (read article for more)

But whenever I press left or right the character becomes flat and stays like that but on their video it works just fine despite us having the same code, I do know the reason why this happens it's because their sprite in the room area (a room is what affects the look of game whenever you boot it up) and I have it scaled to be 1 inch bigger so it explains why it makes it flatter so I wanna know how to fix it, even when I try to make the sprite wider it still makes it flat whenever I move left or right. (Sorry if I made it hard to understand what I'm talking about, I'm literally trying my best to explain it)
