So, mental health kinda took a nose-dive recently... I might have to forego the other update I had for this month. The October video is still on track, however.

Found a GameMaker layer bug. When adding & activating an effect layer, every layer above will draw to 0,0 coordinates instead of the viewport's x,y.

Wanted to show off some of my girlfriend's custom design drawing for video game characters. One is a jellyfish-themed Zora, and the other 2 are based on Dragon Quest monsters. We might be working together on the Zelda project soon :)

Defeated enemies now have a 1/10 chance of dropping yummy food! Kill and eat away!

On this day 3 years ago, I released a Kirby fangame prototype done in a month's work. No copy ability, only one level... Here's Wacky Episode in its infancy.

Made some more UI prompts. The right one shows up if what you've inhaled yields an ability, as well as the power level of your star bullet (up to 3)

Progress' been kinda slow lately, but I added new interactions to signs. You may sometimes find interesting tidbits written on the back too.
