Gonna start giving some clarity on certain parts of the lore, not all of it because it may be reused, but I think it's worth giving some answers on Emma.
First off, in Lament's timeline events, Wario did not find the book, therefore, no curse or any of the dead factory workers coming back to life.
And even if Wario did find the book, he wouldn't have needed it due to the factory never actually reaching a point where it could potentially shutdown.
If that however were to happen and Wario found the book though, the way the transaction would play out is not how you would think. You see, Emma in this timeline is not a creation of Entity01 because he doesn't even exist here.
Emma is a creation of Ashley. Ashley in this timeline was apart of a witch coven. This coven would have coming of age rituals for their younger witches, and Ashley was one of them. This ritual involved young witches writing a page for a spellbook that the coven used.
Said page would summon a demon that would torture the summoner. Ashley despised the coven and this practice however, resulting in the creation of Emma.
Emma is in the best of words a mix of an angel and a demon. The intentions of an angel and the actions of a demon. When summoned, Emma will grant the one wish of any summoner.
If said summoner is a bad person and has committed crimes however, Emma will ask for a price, usually one that involves a trial so they may reach some form of redemption for their past actions.
If Wario were to summon Emma to get money to save his factory, Emma would simply let him, no price required. Wario in this timeline isn't the greedy guy you'd think of, he's far more humble and an actual good person, hence Emma's willingness to give him what he wants, no extra price required.
Emma is not the antagonist of this game, if anything, that honor goes to a certain plumber in red...
