Some lore for a possible future FNaF fangame called Rainy's (No its not April Fools I already did two of those)

There was a guy named Jeffrey Ross, and he liked to kill kids because he was EVIL! And CRAZY! He ended up making a restaurant featuring these animatronics named Rainy and Carrot. He designed the suits so that the outer casing was divided into “plates” of sorts, which could, along with the endoskeleton, be removed in parts; thus allowing someone to wear the suit. And it worked pretty well, until a worker at his restaurant, whose name was Jane Taylor, got killed inside the suit. However, he didn't have to close the restaurant, so he proceeded to murder four children. And though no one found out he did it, it still had to close down. Actually, someone did know. But they were also dead. After it closed, he still kept the Plated Rainy suit.

Despite this, he made a new restaurant with animatronics called Rainy, Carrot, Hawkeye, and Bubbles. The restaurant was named Rainy the Reindeer’s pizza and games. All was well, but the spirits of his victims from the old location were led to him by a mysterious soul with a grudge against him, and thus the childrens’ ghosts ended up in the animatronics. Even then, he decided to conduct some, uh, experiments, where he used energy from souls to make himself immortal, and to have control over the dead. But where would he get the souls from? The night guards, of course! He knew that the children’s ghosts were aggressive towards the employees who worked the night shift (because they wore the same uniform he did), so they would kill them, or at least neutralize them, so he could put them into his newest torture machine. It was basically a Plated Rainy animatronic mask, but rigged so that the plates would trigger one by one, slowly killing the poor victim. However, it was filled with bits of sharp metal which were designed to not only make it more painful, but also were used as a way to extract the dying person’s soul, so it could be used. For the greater good. Before he could finish his, er, research, they attacked him, so in desperation, he climbed into the Plated Rainy suit, and advanced towards the children’s spirits. Then the being which had brought them here appeared in front of him, and made the plates of the animatronic compress with him in the suit, killing him. No one realized, and they left the suit/body in the backroom.

The animatronics were still possessed, however, and although they were super friendly to kids; they attacked the night guards relentlessly. They wore the same uniform that the killer  had worn when he killed them, so they thought all of them were him. Then a man named John Jackson arrived to work there, and after five (actually six because he worked overtime) nights, he actually managed to survive, escaping nearly unharmed from the Execution Rainy machine, and making it out of the pizzeria alive.

However, he had been scarred by the horrifying nights he spent there, and that trauma made him lose sleep, and he started having horrible, vivid, nightmares of the animatronics. But they were scarier, and more lifelike (in a terrifyingly grotesque and unsettling sort of way), with sharp teeth, demonic eyes, and they were overall just twisted, horrific creatures. The Insomnia Animatronics, he later called them. Every night this happened, more of the secrets and tragedy behind the establishment was revealed by some of the haunted spirits, who represented themselves in dark, bloody, and burnt iterations of the animatronic characters. Shadows of them. These were, once again, the children that Jeffrey Ross had murdered back in the original location, returning to tell the only person to have survived, well, them, what happened. Oh, and the other reason they chose him was because the spirit which was leading them said to, but wouldn’t tell them why. And they convinced him to go back, and end it all. So he returned to the pizzeria, and decided that he would get rid of that  terrible, haunted place. Then he made it all collapse.

A few years later, The Rainy Entertainment Company decided to reopen the pizzeria. They used parts from the old suits to create new, polished, versions. Being Polished Rainy, Polished Carrot, Chirpy The Parrot (Who replaced Hawkeye), and Polished Bubbles. They were programmed to scan people and were tied into the local criminal database, but the systems were tampered with, so they were aggressive towards adults. The old, torn, animatronics were left in the backroom. A new guard named Robert Jones was hired to watch the place. A bit later, someone got killed by the animatronics, so the place closed AGAIN. The Polished Animatronics were dismantled entirely, but they kept The Torn ones.

Later, an attraction called Rainy's Haunted House was opened, and featured the crushed Animatronics, and some old, rotting suit they found as well. It was a little too disturbing, looking like the metal was fused with human flesh. So they didn't use it. John came back to work here, to figure out what the hell was going on at that place. As it turns out, the spirit of Jeffrey Ross refused to go, and stayed in the Corpse Rainy suit. And tried to kill John. Eventually, he had enough, so he destroyed the Crushed Animatronics, and set the place on fire to get rid of Corpse Rainy.

As the accursed horror attraction smoldered, John tried to escape the inferno, but found himself trapped. Then, the mysterious soul who had saved the children’s spirits appeared before him, and revealed the truth. It was the ghost of the worker who had died in the original Rainy’s location all those years ago, and she blamed Ross for her death. But instead of just trying to kill him, she made an elaborate plan to bring peace to the tormented souls of the children, end the horrible events in the history of the company, and cause the killer as much pain as possible. But to do this, she had to get someone who was alive to carry out her revenge. And who better to do it than her own son? This came as quite a shock to John, but to be fair, he had never really known his mother, as she left him and his father at a young age. But at least now he knew the truth. Finally knowing what had happened to his mother, freeing the spirits of the children Ross had murdered, and knowing he would die as a hero, he was now at peace, so he let the flames engulf him. Now, the spirits of the animatronics were laid to rest, and Ross went to hell. It was all over now. Or was it?
