This is a pic of one of the scrapped Sonic the Hedgehog characters, Sonic’s supposed to be human girlfriend, Madonna(supposedly from “Sonic Gem Collection”, concept art). After she and Sonic took down Badniks around Mobius, she gets a time to relax with Sonic on the beach.
