"After all, it's about the illusion, isn't it?"
That's a line I can't forget after all these years. Oh, whoops! I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Cornelius, Cornelius Scriber, but everyone calls me "Cornlouie" for some reason. Anyway you might have heard of Joey Drew Studios before, haven't you? When the studio first started I was there with my friends Joey Drew and Henry Stein, with some acquaintances with the other workers. Back when I worked in the studio Joey, Henry, and I worked on designs and personalities for the 2 other characters we planned besides Bendy. Before Boris was a character I made called Barkus, but wasn't what we wanted and was scrapped in favor of Boris, but the Brute in the "Super Boris" comic recycled some of the same principles.

After a while of the studio being open though, Henry was overworking himself, being the one of the only 2 animators in the place didn't help either, Linda ended up leaving Henry because he overworked himself to the core, saying "Maybe when you stop we can be together." But that didn't help, that event left him an emotionless shell. Joey didn't care, but I did. I left the studio hoping Henry would stop and maybe take a break. Days later, I hear that Henry was rushed to the hospital, doctors said that he overworked himself and collapsed on his desk. After he recovered, people contacted me saying the same thing: Henry was off his rocker. After contacting Norman Polk, I found out that he was found drinking the ink he used to draw, same thing with Sammy Laurence. After a while I heard Henry quit, but I never was able to contact him. That was the past, this is now:

"Dear Cornelius,
It seems like a lifetime since we worked on cartoons together.
30 years really slips away, doesn't it?
If your back in town, come visit the old workshop.
There's something I need to show you.

"And that's why I'm leaving for a bit, I'll be back in a few days, until then, you're the man of the house Andrew. Can I count on you to keep the fort down?"
