Spy weapon concept: The enemy earpiece

Uses the sapper slot

When active: Allows spy to hear the enemy voice chat and see their team messages

Gives +25 max health

When active: Marked for death (marker doesn't appear if invisible or disguised)

I playtested for it and I beat max mode so it has my seal of approval

Finally updated this game to fix the god awful early game pacing. Now it's better for sure.
