So! It's about time that I finally made use of my resources and expanded the reach of this little passion project of mine.
...So, since we're new here, it's high time I introduce myself.
Howdy! I'm Charles- the Director here at Team Starfall- and we're developing a game titled "Starfall Crusaders."
It's an RPG inspired by gameplay from the Mario & Luigi series, Sonic, UNDERTALE, and various other classic games with all that heart and soul put into it.
-- THE PLOT --
For millenia, the WISH COMET has fallen upon FALKAN ISLAND every century, granting 4 island residents with cosmic abilities, dubbed STAR POWER. These 4 residents would become kings and rule the island until the next comet fell.
However, one century, the kings all turned on each other, going mad from, and with their powers. One by one, they disappeared, without a trace... never to be seen again.
100 years later, the comet didn't fall again. The residents of Falkan Island thought it was no more...
100 years after that, however...
FALKAN ISLAND - 2015
It's that time of the year again... the yearly Comet Festival, to celebrate an old tradition that the people of old celebrated every 100 years... but now, it's just a novelty the people come together to eat Hot Dogs for.
One young boy and his best friend stand are playing a game of cards, when their attention drifts to the stars above, as they watch as something falls from up in the sky, to the woods nearby...
The two go investigate to find a strange star-shaped meteorite... with a blinding flash, it shatters into several pieces, scattering its magic across the island... with Charles taking a lot of it.
And so, with power coursing through his body... he does nothing with it.
10 years later...
When rumors of a strange organization researching disease to wipe out humanity makes its way to Charles, he's determined to look into things further, and put a stop to it, for the sake of his friends, his family, and really the people he loves.
And so, our story of the 4 heroes who band together to save the island from destruction... can begin.
