Starly ("Stapy" in Japan) is the princess of the Pufftop kingdom and Starfy's younger sister who has a Kansai accent. She made her ultimate debut in Densetsu no Starfy 3, and usually is really rude and pushy with Moe and Starfy, getting them to their limits to do something, although more responsible than Starfy. Being a smaller, younger starfian, she can crawl through really tight spaces, unlike Starfy. She is also more agile out of water, being able to jump off walls. Also, I wonder if her Pufftop Barrier spill can be abused...?
