(Subjective) review! The Completionist Saga - Episode 4

Let's look at @K-C_rwq 's work!

Welcome, or welcome back! I know technically this is number 3, but I promised that to someone else. So, for now, you'll be getting number 4! This article is an update to the following list, where the reviews will also be included: https://gamejolt.com/p/subjective-list-fnaf-world-fan-game-recommendations-my-personal-ssyj59zj

This time around, we'll be exploring the work of another amazing developer: creator of the QoL mod and the Randomizer... please stand up for @K-C_rwq !

(DISCLAIMER: while I may talk badly at times about fan games, these are games made by fans, for fans. The devs spent their time on unpaid games made solely out of passion. For this reason, I do not condone any sort of behavior that is or is associable to hate against them. Constructive criticism is nice, being an outright jerk isn't.

This is a subjective article. These are my opinions, and everyone is entitled to have their own, as they should.)

Where have we seen the dev in the list?

One of the two devs to have not one, but two games on the Highly Recommended list before the saga came to life, this dev is the proud creator of two of the most beloved modifications by the community and by me: the QoL Mod (my personal favorite mod of all time! ) and the Randomizer!

The dev only has one other game on the list, which is presented as a "What if?" situation. That what if is: what if FNaF World had no loading screens? Let us see the final result, shall we?

I highly recommend these!

FNaF World: No Loading Screens (by @K-C_rwq )

While the experience is marketed as pure, unbridled chaos, it plays much differently on modern day computers. Sure, perhaps the original nature of the mod might still shine on older hardware, but the experience has become something much different. FNaF World was already a very fast paced game, but eliminating loading screens makes it an even smoother and faster experience than it ever could be.

Some things break: DeeDee's fish might just stop, maybe you have to die to equip bytes, sometimes you need to reset to place the chips... but these are, at the end of the day, little annoyances. Annoyances that you quickly overcome once you realize how much smoother the experience is. It plays, unintentionally, beautifully. I highly suggest you try this out, whether you have the attention span of a lobotomized rat or whether you're just looking for a fun time! The feel of the game is very different with just this minor change applied!

Even the joke games are a blast to play through! What more is there to say? This is an amazing catalogue! I wish the dev the best of luck with development and whatever may be in store!

So.. what do you think? Do you agree or do you disagree? I'd love to know!
