Take Your Positions


Hi there,
This is the first devlog post I’ve ever done, so bear with me. At the moment, I’m creating a biome system to create terrain. It’s a slow process, with a steep learning curve. However, I’m getting there. The thumbnail for this devlog is the heightmap data being applied to an octohedron sphere, with is one of the parts to create the biome system.

So, next time I post, I should have finished the biome system. If you would like to know how to create a biome system , I recommend Jon Gallant’s method of doing things, which is what I have loosely based my system on.
