Tales of Your is a JRPG edutainment adventure with four crazy plots. But why should you or anyone for that matter play it? Well let's compare it with its contemporaries and see how it fares!

Tales of Your has a longer minimum average beginning-to-end playtime of eight and a half hours. Where as Undertale requires multiple playthroughs to get that much. Tales of Your also has 67 sidequests which Undertale has barely. Whilst Undertale is more reasonablely priced at $14.99, and despite Tales of Your costs $20. Tales of Your still has more content with four seperate plotlines, 67 sidequests, and a Devereux Foundation Tycoon Simulator minigame, you will have lots to do in Tales of Your. Thus Tales of Your wins with an emphasis on a hour per dollar basis.

TALES OF YOUR vs BALDI'S BASICS

Whilst Baldi's Basics has support for addition and subtraction, Tales of Your has support for multiplication, division, and even PEMDAS related questions. Tales of Your's math table feature allows for random rotation of these questions. Even though Baldi's Basics is free, Bladi's Basics Plus is available as a Early Access game, but Tales of Your is already out and completed allowing for a more finished experience.

TALES OF YOUR vs FIVE NIGHTS AT FREDDY'S

Tales of Your contains a more interactive experience in which the player isn't playing Night Trap at a Chuck E. Cheese. Tales of Your's gameplay is more equitable to Lunar: The Silver Star (also available on the Sega CD like Night Trap). So what would you have a Working Design? or be a Sewer Shark?

Tales of Your is the biggest game ever produced on this Gamejolt account. Containing over 500+ maps and more plots and also better than Legend of ZUN Deluxe and yet contains more Touhou girls than good old Legend of ZUN had. If you have $20 to spare, go ahead!

TALES OF YOUR vs KINGDOM HEARTS 3

This is more of a bonus round but Tales of Your contains a more simplified storyline that doesn't require the player to play 12 previous games. In fact you could be like Scott the Woz whom detests RPGs and still come out of this game not needing to catch up on lore that puts the Marvel universe to shame. Its no contest.

I hope this opens a few eyes and red pills some. As Tales of Your, despite being made in RPG Maker MV with default assets still provides a better (and more economical) experience. Meaning you can still make a good game without having to rely on others for a budget (like Undertale and Baldi's Basics) and don't need fancy assets or an engine. Proving that its not what engine you have but how you use it.
