Task 3 is approaching completion! Some more news for FF:TAO


Hi everyone!

Once again I come back from the silence with some news! I've now started my internship for a week and half, which means that I have less time during the day BUT I have much more free time during the evening or the week-ends. Also, I found back some of my motivation and I'm making some good progress on the game!

So, Task 3 is progressing well (my idea of it has changed once again since last time, but what you can see should be the final idea), and Task 2 only needs a bit more tweaking!

Once they're done it will only be polishing and a few details, so the full release is getting closer and closer! Still no release date though, I don't know how long it's gonna take me to finish it. Playtest is really important, so I'll get my friends to test it once its done, to have some feedback!

Next up

I'm back once again to make progress on the game! I finally had some ideas for the tasks, so now I just have to model and code everything, and the game will be almost complete! :D

I don't really know how long it'll take, but I'll keep you updated! :)

So today I've drawn the map to navigate the cameras! It isn't functional yet, but i think it looks really cool! Here's a little preview :D (It may seem small on the preview, but I think its size is really fitting)

So I finally added the doors, and I started adding the renders to the cameras! Soon I'll start working on the AI, I'm so excited! :D

Revamped title screen! Small demo update coming soon!

So I continued working on the Animatronics AI, they're almost done! I also set up more sound effects, and added a game over screen! The mechanic will be displayed here, but I don't want to reveal it yet! :D

YAARRRG! Foxy's mechanic should be fully implemented and I'm now playtesting it! This means that almost everything in the main nights is completed!

(Also new demo patch that corrects a bug where Plushtrap would struggle to leave CAM1)
