Angola drew against an Egypt side fielding too many substitutes, leaving Angola with almost no chance of advancing in the African Cup.

This draw condemns Wales to Pot 2 of the European playoffs if they beat North Macedonia. Being in Pot 2 means they could face tougher teams like Italy, Poland, Turkey, and Ukraine. Hopefully, Malta will draw with Poland.
