This was a movie called: The Beginning of Anew Adventure Part 1.
Same as the previous one, reuploaded for the Story Plot purpose for the connection references.

It's shows that Silent "The Player" wants to "Save" Luigi from his "neverending nightmare", that he's forced to be trapped in the Maniac Mania Arcade Machine.
Thus then the Fiercy Forces will trigger after the event of Maniac Mania...

This one will as well remastered and made with the whole new Part 2:
"The Evil Doctor's Plan".
