The Beta 0.4.1 Patch Update, and Useful Tips & Tricks!


While developing this update I found a few bugs in the game. Some of them I can’t figure out how to fix. I will try my best to fix these bugs, but it will take time. A known bug is the volume mechanic, the volume of the music can’t be changed due to this bug, I will try my best to check the code and try to fix it. So the update is not on hold unlike the 0.4.0 update it will just take longer to fix bugs than to come up with new mechanics to the game. However, it is better to fix bugs while working on the game, so that it doesn’t mess up the gameplay.

Added:

  • New Effect (Crash):
    In-game you have a random chance of this effect happening and you lose a fourth of all your data (HTML,CSS,javascript).

Finished:

  • Hacked Percentages
    You now have a percentage of hacking file loss.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
