The Death Knell Update 4/11/2015


This Update adds a lot of nice things to Starfire that I’ve been meaning to do for a while:

Features:

  • Added Kill Messages, so now you know when someone kills someone else, and when YOU kill someone!

  • Pulled audio options out of the main menu and into the corner, so that you don’t have to navigate to mute the game anymore

  • Improved fleeing algorithm for AI, so that the game is a little more varied/difficult

Bug Fixes:

  • Optimized chat so that it wouldn’t crash in 50v50 battle

  • Bullets are now accurately sized to the image! No more missing when you shoulda hit!

  • Death messages firing multiple times per death

There will probably be another update next week fixing some bugs/features that showed up in this update.
