I honestly quite like the way this turned out, besides a few things like the hands, arms and the stripes on his body.
Also, this guy is indeed called Spider Man (蜘蛛男), but it's a different Spider Man from the MARVEL comics, as you can tell by the fact that the MARVEL Spider-Man is literally called "Spider-Man" in Japan (スパイダーマン).
