Devlog: Game Page Revision + Design/Character Changes. (Happy 3rd Anniversary)

BBMV v1.3's first change, and it's a subtle one. I've decided to put the difficulty and mode select options to the right instead of in the middle with a window, similar to El Donte v2.0. I think it looks a lot cleaner compared to the old one.
