It was ok, I mean it could be better in some parts *cough* like making William british *cough* but overall a good and partly funny movie. It felt almost as the games, a horror film suitable for almost all ages. Shreddy Fazchair was a bit weird though, I think it would have been maybe a better scene if it was slow ahh foxy/freddy putting the suit on Mike. But it did make it a bit original. Golden freddy was also a bit odd, probably the fact that he can stand perfectly, which doesn't really make sense seeing as in the game Cassidy is just limped over and twitching. As for the story, I mean its alright, but it kind of takes some parts from the original. For starters, I think a very bad choice was replacing the Charlie murder with Garret's kidnapping. I mean, they could have at least maybe made it where Mike and his family were at Freddy's and Garret was stuck outside like Charlie was or something. I also partly agree with @ambiguousdude with the springlock failure, it could have ATLEAST had a bit more gore. Maybe just some splatters going to the ground or at the very least a blood trail running down the suit. It did have its funny moments though, like Bonnie falling over and William having a problem with saying "1 job". As for references, MatPat was kinda cool. Especially the "just a theory" part. Cory... well I've never watched him but I guess it was funny... I also feel like there could have been a Markiplier reference, maybe just Mike responding to William say it was closed down with "Was it the Bite of '87?" maybe because it was a event across Utah or something idk.
