The roaring 1920s, the starting era of rising crime. Only thing is, crime wasn't the only thing rising. Ricky the Reaper is the boss of the Man Killers. A gang composed of crooks and thugs, some with a special method to the art of killing. Ricky himself was also a superstitious man, always lookin' for a way to keep him and his boys rollin' without end. 'Til one day, Ricky found a way, a way to live forever.
