The Reset Build is now live!

Well, I’ve been working at getting everything together today. I’m pretty much spent, though the Reset Build should now be in a relatively stable, playable state. I’ll be doing some fixes to it later regardless of any bugs/glitches that might occur, though for now here’s what you can expect from the build itself:

-Most of the basic battle functions are here!

-All 8 starter characters are now usable (though three of the skills have been temporarily switched out, and levels aren’t in yet)

-You can now take on a probably familiar tutorial NPC, as well as pick a fight with a new in-development foe

-Main layout for Fazbear Hills, Choppy’s Woods, and the first Sub-Tunnel route are now here

-Two interact-able NPCs (they’ll do stuff in a later build)

-Chests now spawn in the overworld (same as above)

Main changes from the last build:

-Temporarily removed Foxy Fighters: Endless Run mode and the Loading Screens. The latter will be re-added in the next patch.

Well, I should probably get some sleep now. ‘Till next time! (Which will probably be in a few days, once I sort out some other things.)

Suppose it's rude to come back doing polls without showing some sort of progress for it.

Turns out what the game actually needed was for me to take a proper break from development and enough time to realize what I had broken.

(It was the values tied to IDing what foe it'd be.)

It'll likely need more testing, but we're back in buisiness!

Still deciding if it's worth committing to a full rebuild, but I at least figured out a better way to handle the party swapping mechanic.

While I chip away at the code for XL, I might as well show off the fruits of another thing I had tinkered with: modding custom music into Bionicle Heroes.

Can it be done?

(Also, Happy New Year)

I might be having too much fun with this process...

This whole "making a new battle frame" situation does give me an excuse to add some things I had been putting off for far too long.

That time of year again.

Got a (mostly stable) demo ready for the occasion!
