The rights surrounding our characters.


We've come out to say that our characters that we at Marilyn Incorporated make are, as long as you follow certain rules, free to use for any project, fangames, comics, or any other piece of media.

The rules are:

1: Always credit the specific person who made the character you've used, don't just steal the character and claim it's yours!

2: Do NOT use our characters in any paid for game of any kind!

3: Do NOT make any inappropriate content with our characters, you will be blocked by us. And, if you're in one of our communities here on Game Jolt, banned!

4: Do NOT make any offensive content using our characters, such as sensitive subjects from the past!

More rules will probably come later.

JEEZ, MATE! Seriously, thank you all for 20 downloads in THREE DAYS!!! Pretty big deal for a small creator like me! :]

So, Easter's comin' up, eh?

The A Night in the Hall: UPDATE II demo is OUT NOW FOR WINDOWS!!! (I definitely didn't make that up just for today!)

It's official, the Misfit Friends game is going to be made!

Once I'm better, from some side effects from probiotics, and once I have some basic game art done, I'll make a game page for it!

Just got my second/last leg surgery! (ft: Toy Freddy)

We've come to post about an essential rule in our communities, and that is, for example: If you want to post in the M&C community, it is REQUIRED that said post is related to M&C!

One year ago today, the Marilyn & Co. Troll Demo was released as our first April Fool's game! We're still incredibly proud of it, and see it as a great representation of what the full game will be like!
