The test build appears to have gone well with only one major error reported from all over the place so here's the low down on the next update. (Expand) We are also looking for feedback on further additions so do leave us a message should anything appeal.

Next planned additions and fixes include:

Bugs

  • Pressing the tool use button repeatedly will no longer cause the players animation state to freeze.

  • Watering animation speed will be slowed

  • Seeds will be fixed to plant the right crop. only turnips were growing in the last build.

Additions

  • New crop sprites and types.

  • New area (Town)

  • Shipping stats

  • Town shop (Get your crops)

  • implemented tool bar and storage.

  • Running

I know updates have been slow but there really isn't much to talk about when you're just tidying up existing code. We're looking at updating the art style to be just that bit nicer. The crop system working with an overhaul to interactions with tools.

Opinions on a new graphics style?

VERY early test of very basic systems in my new project. Do your work, keep the lights on, and everything will be fine. I really want to gush about some of the things not seen here, but will save that until they can be shown off. FnafKit who?

Hi everyone, I wanted to put my project back out there after taking some time off. Fnafkit is a game about creating custom fnaf games with no need for programming. I'm also looking for anyone interested in helping out! https://gamejolt.com/games/TKFNAF/444860

Asking the big questions today. We won't support changing your characters outfit or gender but you can give our beloved testguy a name. Character customization will come later, as it will take planning to get it as versatile as we want at the moment.

Grey boxing the first layout for the game, But got very distracted making this arcade tunnel. But its starting to take shape at least.

Finally, you can sell the fruits/veg of your labour. :)

Lightweight object recoloring test. This test is looking at coloring defined areas with as little excess data as possible and uses NO mask maps, alternate materials and does not break object batching (won't melt the PC when you have hundreds of swatches!)

Is he a... you know....

I'm currently working on a new game with a team of people. Here's a mannequin being assaulted for test purposes. Gotta do what you gotta do for your damage systems.
