Note: the Vimm's Lair team has now removed many licensed Nintedo games from their website and they will never reput them again. Backup those roms because this could happen to many rom websites.

The world of gaming preservation is in danger, the Vimm's Lair website had some fake DMCA's from trollers claiming that they are Nintendo.
