Ambil kurma dalam bilangan ganjil. Anggaran air dalam 500ml ke 1 liter. Ambil 3 biji kurma dan buang bijinya. Carik-carik isi kurma. Rendam isi kurma dalam air masak biasa malam sebelum tidur. Letak di luar sahaja. Tak perlu simpan dalam peti sejuk tau. Tutup bekas air tu jangan biarkan terbuka. Sahur esok air tu dah boleh diminum. Buatlah setiap malam sepanjang bulan Ramadan atau hari biasa pun boleh.
