Just my reiteration of a Mermaid. Her name is Syía, and she is from and idea of an animated film that asks: "What if Mer-people exist in the real world?"

A buddy requested this nostalgia piece of a vampire Gypsy girl who listens to vaporwave, enjoys Y2K Horror and surfs the Old Web and Retro Forums. I liked adding lots of details to this one.
