seriously, more than half of yall stay on your computers for 4/5s of the day and dont actually do shit outside. you (hopefully) have friends outside of the digital world, go ask your friends if you want to go somewhere, maybe bike on trails, or if you dont have friends, go outside yourself. also, get exercise and keep your body healthy. maybe take walks every day?
