Version 1 - The Beginning
On a cold September night, @ed_ was listening to Skylanders music, and while listening to said music, he got the sudden urge to make a Roblox fighting game. No, this is not a joke. That was how UFG was made.
UFG was very primitive at this point, as only 2 people worked on it: Ed and Hatter.
Here's a look into what it was.

Not much was documented for Version 1, but it took place during September 2022.
Version 2 - Renaissance
This is where things began to get "good" for UFG, The mercs had minimal clothing now, a team of 6 people (Ed, Hatter, Gamma, Logi, Nudle, and Pan), and just in general - more progress.

This was when the roster of playable characters went from 6 to 10, and when we started developing a full story: The story made then is now discarded, as we're writing a new one, but this is when UFG was doing somewhat well.
Version 3 - Present Day
This version was not easy to get to.
Inbetween 2 and 3, alot of the team had lost motivation for the game, and alot of the team left, with the game being near cancellation.
Thankfully, one of the co-owners, Gamma, went out of his way to pull the game out of its shallow grave, and got us to this point.
UFG at this point features an in-depth story (still in the works), with fully fledged characters with custom models and weapons.

That practically sums up this short "devlog". I'm not sharing much in terms of imagery, but UFG has been through alot in the past 1 and a half years it's existed for.
We can't wait to get Devlog 2 out, as we've got some new stuff planned: I can't say much yet, but we're just DREADING to get the devlog out!
