So development has been much slower than I expected it to be. There are a few reasons for this condition:
1.Summer lessons, which means more assignments and less free time.
2. I often feel lazy to work on the game (simply my personality)
3. Lately I'm losing interest in Sonic.exe in general. Nothing new or interesting... and the whole thing with the fangames is just... repetitive. (I'm not saying the opossite for this game)
4. I am a solo developer, which means I'm making everything myself even though I'm not that skilled with the designing part.
Nevertheless, even though I'm planning to focus on different games, I still don't want to cancel the game. Unlike some others, I want to finish what I started no matter how long it will take, no matter how much progress I make every day. I doubt part 1 will be done until the end of summer, but you never know. I'm hoping to finish it before 2026.
And by the way, if any of my friends (or people that I probably know and talk with-) want to HELP me with the DESIGN part of the game, you can let me know.
