:: UNDERTALE HQ 2nd Devlog ::

Hellllllllllo again!

First of all, I wanna give big thanks to Toby Fox for making this such wonderful creation.

Without him, Undertale HQ wouldn't exist, I wouldn't exist as well.

So, to celebrate its anniversary, The second devlog is what I thought the best for it.

Anyways, Let's get into the point!

DustTrust Phase 1

Believe it or not, Phase 1 is completed.

Yes, as you can see in this GIF, It's more like what Ari made some years ago, but I thought it'd be cool to bring this attack back.

Now It's at the polishing state. The pre-final special attack and the final attack are the ones that are in the line.

DustTrust Phase 2

Phase 2 is on the slow development.

One of the coolest phases in this AU is Phase 2, right? Well, It's 50% completed.

The aim is to make this phase 2 short, but hard, which means there will be a bit of RNG. I believe it'd make the "Easiest Undertale Fangames", but Phase 2 was born to be this way.

The Future of UTHQ

After the complete development of DustTrust, There are some fangames that I'll remake for fun in Version 5.0. Version 4.5 will contain the completed "Save Goatbro" fangame remake.

I'm planning on remaking No More Deals, or making the own The Roaring Knight fight with Undertale's battle style. Both are taking place on the genocide route... But I believe, if I finish two of them, then the genocide era of UTHQ will end at last.

I wanna try Pacifist/Neutral route battles after these, since I want UTHQ to be something special, not the generic genocide fangames.

Let's not take this long to be real, shall we?

Celebrating

It's been approximately 8 years since I saw this game. Time really flies. I think Undertale helped me get a lot of interests from coding languages, know a lot of friends, and teach what I have to do. It's a miracle that I found this game. If I hadn't... What would my life have been?

Can't imagine what would've happened if it had been true. But as I said, I wanna give a lot of thanks to Toby Fox, Temmie Chang, and the Undertale team for giving this such amazing game. (of course the code itself is kinda bad and unreadable...) and you guys for supporting this game, even though I find my games unsatisfying.

I want to continue this project as long as possible. Will you help me?

Well, Let's cut this short. Thanks for reading.

Happy Birthday, Undertale.

I quickly finished revamping Phase 1, since the mainstream was Phase 2 and Phase 4.

Here's the full video if you want to see how it's gonna go for the rest of the phases!

For YouTubers who are gonna record the full game, There's a dedicated mode for it. But if you're dead... well you either restart again, or select the phase you died in.

:: HQ Version 4.0 Release ::

qhtjr agreed on distributing the sprites of Phase 4.

If you are gonna use it, please credit him(qhtjr)!

Released the standalone dusttrust game application.

You can download it now If there's a bug, let me know

Making a standalone DUSTTRUST client

Since this DUSTTRUST take will get lots of improvements in Version 4.5 (or Version 5.0), I am making an independent application for those who still want to play the old version. Based on Version 4.0.1

Version 4.0 is getting "Practice mode". Since this DUSTTRUST take has a lot of moments of attacks' being very chaotic and fast, I added this mode to give you a chance to learn how to dodge them properly.

Version 4.1 Roadmap

hello so i've been doing some remastering in most attacks of this dusttrust because the attacks were mostly simple, so i am making them a bit more complex and smoother

I don't know how long this will take...

There's an easter egg that can be found in the ULB menu.

You can see a very valuable text in 0.0002% chance. Go check it out, If you're lucky enough today...
