Unfortunately for you, buddy, you're the only one who thinks there are very little negative outcomes when it comes to this technology.

Everyone else, and myself, knows what it really is, otherwise.

I get they are super excited about this technology the day they invested billions, but holy shoot. I have never seen anyone so emotionally attached to it like this guy, thinking that it will "fundamentally reshapes" how work is done.

Reminder, this is the SAME guy who says, "I can't imagine a life without AI".

He also said this, for some reason...

So, he's basically saying that decades of using pure human mind is now not enough anymore, even though we already did countless times before? What?

There has been one time where Microsoft reached out to a business trying to insist them to use AI. Even after that business gives them a firm no, Microsoft gets a little more aggressive and pushes them harder.

That paints a picture on how MS is this much excited about AI.

My respect for this guy has sufficiently withered away after reading these things. There's a reason why everyone is calling generated content "slop".

  • Distorted shapes.

  • Commonly used word choices.

  • Unusually enthusiastic and formal tone.

All of this combined is just makes nonsensical stuff online and fundamentally does not feel human for an any average person. That is called slop. There's literally no other way to spin that the other way.

And yet, besides the interest of shareholders, these CEOs are choosing to see AI as a legitimately good thing. It's laughable.

Like I said the other day, I personally think only the messaging-based chat is fine under certain circumstances.

But then we got thousands if not millions of people abusing its "creative" features to perform the infinite money/engagement glitch and designed videos in the most addicting way possible. Another reason why I really do not like short-form videos at all.

Once again, one optional and uninstallable AI app is enough. That's it.

Also, people have been saying that no one is using Copilot, but I'm guessing they meant the 365 version since there are two different and separate versions of Copilot.

From what I can see, plenty do use the standalone Copilot version a lot based on their Discord server, the reviews on the app stores, and from what I looked up, which is understandable since it is identical to ChatGPT.

At the end of the day, from my experience, the only good thing from AI is when it provides you answers directly to your question (without hallucinating) and possibly comes up with some ideas that you can't come up yourself. In a nutshell, its only purpose is to assist you, as long as you remain the driver and not the passenger.

We don't need all of these "fancy" tools where it does tasks for you, which makes you look like a sloth.

This stuff just stops being scary and I’m just gonna watch MS and its users getting annoyed left and right like a sport competition.

I used Edge for pretty much half of my life, and it's a pretty good browser for me, but I do have to say...

I still don't see it as an "AI browser". šŸ˜‚

All of the core functions are fundamentally the same. The only true AI thing is the Copilot sidebar.

The Scratch Team has just recently updated their Terms of Service yesterday, letting you know they now have full permission to use your content to train AI models.

Office Gummies. I would eat them if they exists.

(Not my image btw. I grabbed it from their Instagram page.)

I'll give people the option to enable or disable flashing lights as there is some enough in the game. Most people probably won't touch it, but you still have this option.

Freaking finally, they're cutting things down a little bit.

One standalone Copilot app is fine enough. That's it.

Just when you thought it couldn't get worse...

Alright, I get it, geez...

This is like the 10th time you showed me this across apps, lmao.
