UPDATE 1: Battle system + more


Finally! Most of the time I’ve been working on this game it has been on the battle system. This project has a lot of firsts for me, and I’m kinda proud of this being my first functional battle system. I haven’t fully tested it, but for the most part it is complete.

Though this part of the game is complete, there is still a long way to go. I still need to work on the shops, the AI, unlockable codes, and so much more. I have no idea when this game will be finished, but I can guarantee that it won’t be coming out this month or maybe even next month. I’m shooting to be finished with this game by June.

I’m excited for this game to be released and if you liked ComFleet I and II, you will be blown away with ComFleet III!

It is possible for the game to come out in May! Upon finishing the battle system, I have already completed one third of the shop system. If everything continutes at this rate, the game could be finished sometime in May.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
