On Monday, precisely at 9:00 AM, 1406 was classified as their inaugural containment system. However, as the day progressed, unusual discoveries were made, and it began exhibiting hostility towards certain staff members in our building. It escalated to brutally attacking and murdering anyone in its vicinity. Despite attempts to calm it down, all efforts failed, leading to further violence. Consequently, the building's board decided to classify Octavius machine 1406 as Class 1000 and implement the highest level of containment.

Following the decision of the higher-ups, 1406 was relocated to its own containment site in the universe. However, there were concerns about its long-term containment feasibility, with fears that it could eventually breach containment. To address this, TBST (Taskforce for Biological Security and Termination) was deployed to either neutralize or contain it.

At 9:58 PM on Monday, TBST was dispatched to tackle the problem. However, they were ill-prepared for the psychological challenges that awaited them. The aftermath revealed a scene of chaos, with numerous casualties and extensive damage to the building. Upon playing the destructs call, it became apparent that 1406 had systematically eliminated everyone except one individual. It was clear that 1406 was actively seeking this person to eliminate all evidence of their existence.
