Hi everyone. This is an update on my last post regarding game crashes for some people. I've determined the cause of the crashing, but I unfortunately don't have very good news. The cause of the crashing is much larger than I would have ever expected. It's a problem that will require me to replace over half of the game's text just to fix.

I know this is not the kind of news some of you guys were wanting to hear, but there is simply no way that I can get a patch for this game up in a short span of time. I'm terribly sorry, but the update likely will not be out for at least a few days, likely longer, while I am fixing this problem.

Now despite this, there is a fix for people who do not want to wait on the update. The issue revolves around the text in question requiring a redistributable that not everyone has installed on their PCs. To get the game running in its current state, download the following redistributable:

Downloading this should allow you to run the game fine without crashes. With that being said, do let me know if you face any other crash issues even with this redistributable installed.

For everyone else who does not want to download the redistributable above (understandably so) and who are more content on waiting for the patch to come out, thank you so very much for your patience. I will try to get this out as quickly as possible (maybe it'll come out sooner than anticipated, but don't count on it) and will be sure to announce when the update is out.
