Game Lore (Basic)
The story takes place in a medieval world, similar to the time of Frieren.
There is an empire that wants to control the whole world. However, they do not have enough people or resources to do this. Because of that, they decide to use forbidden dark magic. This dark magic was sealed long ago by ancient people, because it was too dangerous.
Using old records, the empire tries to bring the dark magic back. But no one can truly control it. They keep failing, but they do not stop trying. Over time, the dark magic starts to corrupt everything. Soldiers, citizens, and even the land itself slowly change. The corruption spreads not only inside the empire, but also to nearby villages and kingdoms. Chaos begins to spread everywhere.
Meanwhile, five heroes are traveling and doing normal jobs, such as helping villages, fighting bandits, and killing goblins. One day, they arrive at a village that is completely overwhelmed by chaos. Even the royal army of the greatest king on the continent is there, fighting to control the situation.
After the battle, the soldiers invite the five heroes to meet the king. The king explains the truth about the world and the danger of the corrupted empire. He asks the five heroes to help stop it.
The five heroes accept the mission and begin their journey to stop the empire and save the world.
