In the v0.0.3 update I have added:
Better Level
Changed visuals
Pause Menu
Main Menu
ACTUAL COMBAT
Pumpkins have random health from 10 - 13
The Basic Sword does +2 dmg
The Common Sword does +4 dmg
The Basic/Common Pickaxes do +0 dmg
The player by default does +3 dmg (2+3=5 :O)
