It would appear that some bugs which didn't appear in our editor, slipped past us and made it into the game.

Fixed bugs, new stuff, and changed stuff:

  • Torches are now in area 3, 4. & 5

  • Your weapon should now correctly load upon loading your save.

  • Difficulty is now correctly set upon starting a new game. It kept being reset to Easy.

  • We fixed a bug where Sorcerers could get Infinite mana, by making their mana cost negative.

  • You can now again double click items in your inventory to use or equip them.

  • We've updated how the Ice and Fire slime look.

  • The dungeon is now a tiny bit darker.

  • Our console using F12 now shows when an error occurs.

  • Monster's attack speed has been increased by 10% (Reaper by 30%).

  • Staves active skills should now again be usable. We had some testing code we forgot to remove, which caused errors.

  • Some item icons have been slightly updated.

  • Keybindings panel now shows the correct keybinds. (We don't know if this bug made it into build 05)

  • Attacking with a staff has been fixed. It would stutter and refuse to attack. (Projectile point has also been moved slightly ahead of the player)

  • Your position is now loaded in correctly, and not reset to spawn.

  • In-game Exit button now saves the player as well.

  • Walls now again have a hit effect.

  • Music now correctly continues to play and change song, as you play the game.

  • An area in The Great Halls has been changed to a Goblin Hideout.

  • Max level is now 20.

  • Exp required to level up has been increased.

  • Leveling up now correctly give 1 skill point.

  • The player's movement speed is now slightly lower. We added a fix to the speed boost you could get from going diagonally.

  • Wield-able torch.

  • Fixed a large amount of incorrect ItemIDs in the drop tables.

  • Item tooltips are changed slightly. We added a tooltip generation function, so we don't have to make them ourselves.

  • Brightness setting.

  • Void is no longer blocked by Lightning Resistance.

Bugs we know of, but have yet to be fixed:

  • Chests can't be used when looking at the lid.

  • Lack of Fog of War on the map.

Note:

Voidwalker skill tree is still under development.
