Added music before 1 page is collected, typical forest sounds ;)
Fixed a rare problem in which the game would crash midway through
Changed page collected music order, now starting after 1 page is collected instead of two.
Added Pause Menu, access using ‘esc’ key, which can exit, and change the graphics mid - game.
Added fog, to stop further sight
