This patch update fixes:
A bug where Angelica wouldn't attack you
A bug where Shew's hearts would do a zoom out animation when you clicked on the same camera it was on
Touched up some audio and music so that it wasn't too loud
Right now, the ZIP build is still pending, only the setup V 1.0.3 is out as of now
