Version 1.16b was added into download. It uses DX9 - framerate don’t drop on bigger maps on slower machines. Battles take less time, scrolling is much faster. If you have version 1.16 installed on your computer and have above described problems game update is very recommended (just uninstall the game and install higher version - all save games and campaign progress will be kept).
