Version 3.0.0 the Quality of Life update : Changelog


Hello everyone! I am finally back with another update for EAS Simulator. Today i am happy to announce we are now on Major update 3.0.0!

I will explain what i've changed in this update.

Changes

  • Added "Is Vowel" toggle (For proper grammar implementation)

  • Added Display Options ("Television", "Radio". Television is default, while Radio doesn't display any visible warning.)

  • Added "Use No Audio" & "Play Attention Tone" (It is now possible to make non-voice-activated alerts and the Attention Tone is optional.)

  • Added the ability to use a Custom Background (You can now add a background image to your EAS Scenario.)

  • Completely rewritten default text (The text now relates to a more proper EAS alert message and format.)

  • The app now installs in a installation package. (This is to install all the required additional files, and it's easier for you, the user.)

  • The sounds are now interchangeable. (You can now change the audio files used within the application.)

Quality of Life Changes

  • Now if you leave the "Type" field blank, the text is now properly aligned (This is useful for making 1-line threats.)

  • Added higher quality sounds (There are now higher quality Actual EAS sounds within the app.)

  • The EAS and the setup window now appear in 1 window.

  • You can now switch to full screen by pressing F5.

  • The app no longer requires Admin UAC consent.

This update is absolutely massive, i hope you all enjoy, have fun everyone! :D
